Payment accepted through Stripe using a credit card or bank transfer, Venmo or Paypal.
Important Payment Policies
Payment Required Before Scheduling
Sessions cannot be scheduled until payment is received. This ensures commitment from both sides and allows me to reserve dedicated time for your program.
Payment Plans
All payment plan installments must be paid prior to the start of each schedule block.
Unused Sessions
Unused sessions do not roll over and cannot be refunded. See full policy below.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
24-Hour Notice Required
Sessions cancelled with 24+ hours notice can be rescheduled at no charge.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited.
Emergency exceptions (medical, family crises) are handled case-by-case.
Refund Policy
Payment is non-refundable after your first coaching session.
Before your first session: You may receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
After your first session: All payments are non-refundable, including remaining sessions in your program. If a true emergency arises, I will review

Q: Can I get reimbursed by insurance or employer? A: Some employers offer professional development funds. I provide detailed invoices. This is typically not covered by health insurance as it's professional development, not medical treatment.
Q: What if I need to pause my program? A: Contact me immediately. I handle these case-by-case. Medical emergencies, family crises, or deployment may qualify. Busy schedules generally do not.
