All programs are one-on-one with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist using evidence-based clinical methods.
Diagnostic Note
Before enrolling in any program, a free 15-minute Speech Clarity Diagnostic is recommended. It is the most useful starting point for understanding which program fits your goals and what to focus on first.
The diagnostic is optional, not required. If you submit a one-minute audio recording of yourself speaking naturally in a work context at least 24 hours before we meet, I will have already identified your top three clarity patterns by the time we connect and the session will be spent on specific feedback rather than general impressions. If you prefer to skip the recording, we will work from what I hear during the session.
Either way, the diagnostic gives us a clear picture of where to begin before any commitment is made.

The most complete path to lasting speech clarity improvement. Twelve weekly sessions, a personalized lesson plan, between-session audio feedback, portal access, and a written summary of progress and next steps at close.

4-Week Intensive Program

Accelerated coaching for professionals with an upcoming deadline or specific communication goal. Four focused sessions, targeted assessment, between-session audio feedback, portal access, and a written summary of next steps at close.

Presentation Coaching
$225 per 75-minute session.
Focused coaching for a specific high-stakes event: an interview, conference presentation, grand rounds, or oral certification exam.

Payment Methods
Payment is accepted via Stripe using a credit card or bank transfer, Venmo, or PayPal.
Payment Policies
Scheduling
Sessions cannot be scheduled until payment is received. This allows me to reserve dedicated time for your program from the start.
Payment Plans
All installments must be paid prior to the start of each scheduled block.
Unused Sessions
Unused sessions do not roll over and cannot be refunded.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sessions cancelled with 24 hours or more notice can be rescheduled at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited. Medical emergencies and family crises are handled case by case.
Refund Policy
Payment is non-refundable after your first coaching session.
Before your first session, a refund is available minus a $50 administrative fee. After your first session, all payments are non-refundable, including remaining sessions in the program. If a genuine emergency arises, I will review the situation individually.
When you enroll, I reserve that time exclusively for you and close it to other clients. The policy reflects that commitment on both sides.
If you're uncertain about committing to the full 12-week program, the 4-week intensive is a practical starting point. Many clients move from the intensive into the 12-week program once they've experienced the process.
FAQ
Can I pay per session instead of upfront? No. Programs are paid before sessions are scheduled. This ensures commitment on both sides and allows me to hold dedicated time for you.
Why can't I book a single session to try it? One session is not enough time to address the speech patterns affecting your daily communication. The 4-week intensive is the minimum for meaningful, measurable improvement.
Can I get reimbursed by my employer or insurance? Some employers offer professional development funds that apply. I provide detailed invoices on request. Health insurance typically does not cover this, as it is professional development rather than medical treatment.
What if I need to pause my program? Contact me as soon as possible. Medical emergencies, family crises, and certain professional circumstances may qualify for a pause. Schedule conflicts generally do not.
