4-Week Intensive Program

Accelerated speech clarity coaching for professionals with a deadline.

This program is designed for multilingual doctors, nurses, and pilots who need focused clarity improvement within a defined window of time. An upcoming presentation, a new position, a check ride, a board certification, a residency interview. Four weeks is not enough time to address everything, but it is enough time to make a meaningful shift in the areas that matter most right now.

This is the same clinical process as the 12-week program, compressed. That means the daily practice requirement is higher and the pace is faster. Clients who go through the intensive knowing that tend to get the most out of it.

Who This Program Is For:

This program is a good fit if you have a specific event or deadline within the next month, can commit to 30 to 45 minutes of daily practice between sessions, and want focused improvement on two or three high-priority clarity goals rather than comprehensive coverage. If your schedule can support that, the intensive will move quickly and the results will be specific and measurable.

If you're not working toward a deadline and want broader, more gradual improvement across multiple sounds and patterns, the 12-week program is the better fit.

What You'll Achieve:

By the end of four weeks, the sounds and patterns we target will be noticeably more consistent, including under the pressure of a real professional context. Intonation and rhythm work is woven into every session, so clarity improvements tend to carry across more than just the specific sounds we drill. You'll also leave with a clear picture of what to continue refining on your own.

This program addresses two to three high-impact areas. It is not a substitute for the 12-week program if comprehensive coverage is what you need.

How the Intensive Works:

Each of the four sessions is 50 minutes and builds directly on the one before it. The structure follows the same sequence used in the 12-week program: mechanics first, then word-level practice, then phrases and sentences, then real professional scenarios using vocabulary from your actual work context.

The weekly focus moves in a logical arc. The first session is assessment and the highest-priority goal. The second session builds on that and introduces the second goal. The third session refines both and layers in intonation and rhythm work. The fourth session integrates everything into professional conversation and leaves you with a clear practice plan going forward.

Between sessions, daily practice runs 30 to 45 minutes. You'll work through assigned drill sheets, record yourself, and submit one recording per week for audio feedback. That feedback loop is where a lot of the refinement happens, so the recordings matter.

What's Included

4 Coaching Sessions

Four sessions, each 50 minutes, via Zoom. Scheduling is flexible around your timeline. Sessions can be recorded for your own review.

Personalized Materials

The program begins with a targeted assessment to identify your two to three highest-priority clarity patterns. From there I build a focused lesson plan using vocabulary, phrases, and communication scenarios from your actual professional context. All PDFs, audio files, and drill sheets are yours to keep, along with access to the full video training library.

Between-Session Support

Audio feedback on one practice recording per week, which you can download and save. Intensive daily homework including drill sheets, listening exercises, and professional conversation practice.

Final Summary

A progress report at the close of the program documenting what shifted, with specific direction for continued refinement on your own.

4-WEEK INTENSIVE VS. 12-WEEK PROGRAM

A Note On Continuing

Some clients begin with the intensive and choose to continue into the 12-week program once the immediate deadline has passed. That's a natural path. The intensive gives you a solid foundation and a clear sense of what still needs work, and the 12-week program builds from there.

What Makes This Intensive

The difference is not the number of sessions. It's the pace and the daily commitment required between them. The intensive covers the same clinical ground as the 12-week program within a compressed window, which means concepts need to be absorbed and applied quickly. Clients who get the most out of it come in prepared to practice every day, not just on session days.

FAQ:

Will 4 weeks be enough? For focused goals tied to a specific event or deadline, yes. For comprehensive improvement across multiple sounds and patterns, the 12-week program is the better choice.

What if I can't keep up with the daily homework? The intensive requires consistent daily practice to produce results in four weeks. If that's not realistic for your schedule right now, the 12-week program covers the same ground at a more manageable pace.

Can I extend if I want to keep going after 4 weeks? Yes. Clients often continue with additional sessions or move into the 12-week program once the intensive is complete.

Is this less comprehensive than the 12-week program? Yes, intentionally. The intensive focuses on two to three high-impact areas rather than full coverage. The depth within those areas is the same. The breadth is not.

Will the materials be relevant to my specialty? Yes. All practice materials are customized to your field, using the terminology, communication formats, and scenarios from your actual clinical or operational environment.
