Presentation Coaching
One focused session on the presentation you're actually giving.
This is a single 75-minute coaching session built around your specific presentation, your slides, your script, your content, and the terminology from your field. It is not a general public speaking workshop. We work on what you're delivering, and we work on it until it's ready.
This session is available to both new and existing clients. New clients do not need to complete the full diagnostic process first. A brief conversation before booking is enough to confirm it's the right fit.
Who Is This For
This session is a good fit for multilingual doctors, nurses, and pilots preparing for a specific high-stakes speaking event: a conference presentation, grand rounds, case presentation, research talk, job interview, fellowship interview, promotion presentation, or a check ride debrief. If you have a presentation coming up and want to deliver it with clarity and confidence, this is where we start.
For the best results, book one to two weeks before your event and have at least a draft or outline ready. It doesn't need to be finished.
What We Cover
Send me your slides, script, or outline at least 24 hours before the session. I'll review it in advance so we come in with a clear picture of where to focus.
During the 75 minutes we work through pronunciation of technical terms and difficult vocabulary, pacing and where to slow down or pause for emphasis, word stress and which words carry the most weight in your key sentences, volume and projection, and delivery under pressure. For pilots, that includes the cadence and precision that ATC communication and check ride debriefs require. For clinical professionals, we work through the terminology and handoff language specific to your specialty.
We run the difficult sections more than once, until they feel natural rather than rehearsed.
After the session you have a clear set of strategies for final practice, and an optional recording of the session to review on your own.

FAQ
Does my presentation need to be finished before we meet? No. A draft or outline is enough. We'll work with what you have and focus on the sections that need the most attention.
What if I can't send materials in advance? We can still work together in the session, but advance review allows me to come in with more targeted feedback. Even a rough outline helps.
Is one session enough? For most presentations, yes. If your presentation is particularly long or complex, or you want a second practice session closer to the event, additional sessions can be scheduled at the same rate.
What if my content is highly technical? That's exactly the kind of work this session is designed for. I work regularly with physicians, surgeons, researchers, and pilots and can help you deliver complex terminology clearly and with authority.
Can this help with interview presentations? Yes. Fellowship interviews, job talks, and promotion presentations are among the most common reasons clients book this session.
